Daelen Nekuda
Red Seal Electrician | Millwright
Daelen has spent his career in industrial and food manufacturing, working directly with the equipment and people that keep production moving. As a dual-ticketed Journeyman Electrician and Red Seal Millwright, his experience spans electrical, mechanical and automation troubleshooting, maintenance leadership and project execution.
His background also includes extensive CAD experience and hands-on fabrication, developed through years of working alongside and being mentored by experienced fabricators. This combination allows him to approach equipment problems from multiple angles. Whether troubleshooting a control system, repairing a mechanical failure, designing a modification or fabricating a practical solution, the focus is always on finding what works.
After years working both on the tools and in maintenance leadership, Daelen co-founded Trilogic Solutions to provide the kind of capable, responsive support he valued while working inside manufacturing facilities.
Andrew Curle
Master Electrician | Automation Expert
Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, with a strong background in industrial and food manufacturing, electrical troubleshooting, controls and automation. As a Master Electrician, he has extensive experience diagnosing complex electrical problems and finding the root cause of equipment failures.
His automation background was developed through years of hands-on experience working within a highly experienced controls team. That foundation grew into extensive experience with PLCs, HMIs, industrial controls, drives and automated production equipment. Andrew has since supported complex control systems across multiple manufacturing facilities and has become an exceptionally capable electrical and controls troubleshooter.
Andrew brings a methodical approach to troubleshooting and a strong understanding of how electrical and automation systems interact with the equipment they control. His ability to work through difficult problems and develop practical solutions is a key part of the technical support Trilogic provides.
